How much does the AutoConverse service cost?
Our model is simple and transparent: 0 CHF upfront. We only take a 7% commission on the sale price, and only if your vehicle is sold. If we don't sell, you pay nothing.
How long does it take to sell my vehicle?
The timeframe depends on the model, market price and demand. Our goal is to bring you a serious buyer as quickly as possible, usually within a few weeks. We keep you informed at every step.
Do I have to handle calls and viewings?
No. AutoConverse handles all exchanges with potential buyers: calls, messages, viewings and negotiations. You have nothing to do — we bring you serious offers directly.
How does payment work?
Payment is 100% secure. We vet every buyer and manage the transaction (traced bank payment, fund verification, sales contract) before the handover. You only release your vehicle once payment has been confirmed.
What is the 3-month exclusive mandate?
An exclusive mandate means you entrust us with the sale of your vehicle for 3 months. During that time, we bring all our resources to bear to sell at the best price. If we don't sell, you pay absolutely nothing.
